Right of withdrawal: 14 days

As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason and without owing compensation or penalty, using the withdrawal form in Appendix No. 1 to our General Terms and Conditions.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Refunds
We reimburse all amounts received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise and this involves no costs for you.

The cost of returning the goods is deducted from the refund, unless you organise the return yourself and at your own expense. We are not obliged to reimburse additional delivery costs if you expressly chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

Please keep the goods in good condition and preserve their quality and safety during the withdrawal period.
